Sean Kelly is COO for NewCom Technologies. His areas of expertise are Geographic Information Systems, Cartography, Project Management and Statistics. He held senior project management positions with NewCom for almost a decade, serving large and small clients, and supporting other critical roles with other projects within the company. His breadth of experience spans GIS data aggregation and setup, network design, construction plan standardization and staff training. He has also managed permitting for several projects. Sean has experience in creating and implementing training material both within and outside the GIS field.

Sean holds a B.S. degree from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh, a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in GIS for Penn State University, and an M.A. from the University of North Carolina – Greensboro.
