Ryan McFadden has over 13 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. He is currently Senior Manager of Partner Programs for Samsung Electronics. In parallel to his corporate achievements, he has dedicated a significant portion of his time to the Electronic Access Foundation (EAF), a nonprofit organization based in New Jersey that is entirely volunteer-led.

Ryan founded EAF in 2010 to address the need for digital access and the organization works in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Connecticut. He started EAF from his parents’ basement, where he and his father refurbished devices for organizations that could not afford them. Over the years, EAF has distributed over 10,000 devices to recipients, entirely at no cost. EAF relies on corporate donations to maintain an inventory for charitable distribution. Ryan is an alumnus of Wesley College in Delaware, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree.
